Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
My path as a healer and guide began in early childhood with an introduction to the family’s lineage—walking up Benarty Hill in Fife with my mother, learning to call in the wind, honour the spirits of the land, and offer prayers from the heart. This heart-centred connection to nature, spirit, and service has guided my entire life and the work I now offer.
From a very young age, I had a sense of where I came from—specific memories of spiritual realms and choosing to return to this lifetime to support healing on Earth. My childhood brought both wonder and a classic “shamanic initiation,” including severe asthma that led to out-of-body experiences and journeys through the crystal cities of the Upper World. I’ve always felt attuned to the cycles of the land, liminal spaces, and the call of spiritual allies, able to sense the web of life and consciously influence the wider quantum field.
My connection to Christ emerged early, outside of organised religion, and continues to deepen through my devotion to the light He carries—alongside a team of archangels, ascended masters, and compassionate spiritual allies. My work is held within this sacred alliance, in service to healing, awakening, and love.
Professionally, I’ve trained to an advanced level in several shamanic traditions, including Sandra Ingerman’s lineage, and studied with Betsy Bergstrom in curse unravelling and Compassionate Depossession. I’ve also trained in Reiki (Master level), Angelic Reiki, holistic therapies, hypnotherapy, conscious breathwork, Yoga Nidra, sacred Tantra, EFT, mindfulness, and Soul Midwifery. Over time, I’ve woven these modalities into a unique, integrative healing system that meets each person’s needs for healing at both conscious and unconscious levels.
My Approach
My approach to healing is grounded, loving, and powerful. I specialise in deep spiritual clearing and the recovery of personal power and soul gifts—supported by sacred transmissions that help clients release intrusive energies and return to wholeness—safely, gently, and with honour.
Alongside my healing work, I’m an Organisational Development Specialist, coach, and mentor. I currently lead on women’s development and career pathways at Heriot-Watt University, and my background includes OD experience across all sectors—including designing transformational programmes and training volunteer coaches to support vulnerable young people. My intuitive coaching style helps people reconnect with their essence and trust in their sacred difference.
Whether in one-to-one sessions, group circles, or professional coaching spaces, I create grounded, energetically held environments where people feel deeply seen, supported, and invited into real transformation.
My greatest teachings have come through lived alchemy—healing ancestral curses, navigating spiritual attack, surviving cancer and abuse, and walking through profound emotional and energetic trials. These experiences have taught me how to transmute darkness into sovereignty. I now offer this wisdom in service of others.
